Good judgement travels with us.
Mountain risk cannot be removed. It can—and must—be understood, communicated and managed with qualified people and clear systems.
Before confirmation
A departure moves forward only after route access, weather window, partner availability and emergency contacts are checked.
- Medical and fitness declaration
- Maximum-altitude insurance check
- Equipment and experience review
- Written risk and cancellation acknowledgement
On the trail
The certified trek leader controls pace, movement, camp decisions and turnaround times.
- Daily health and weather check
- Head counts and buddy awareness
- First-aid and route-appropriate safety equipment
- Documented escalation and evacuation contacts
Our non-negotiable
A summit is never guaranteed. If conditions, access or participant health make progress unsafe, the certified trek leader may change or stop the itinerary. That decision is final.
