Before payment
An enquiry can be withdrawn at any time. No booking exists until written confirmation and receipt of the stated deposit.
Customer cancellation
The confirmation note will state deposit treatment and staged cancellation deductions based on non-recoverable supplier commitments.
Operator or safety cancellation
FatehHimalayas may cancel or modify a departure for access, weather, safety or minimum-group reasons. The written confirmation will explain refund, credit and unrecoverable third-party treatment.
